We are a family run business, established in 1994 by Ian & Alicia Holmes. Our Director, Ian Holmes, has been working in the Water Softening industry since 1985. Our company offers a reliable and friendly service that appreciates all of our customers concerns; our staff explain and talk you through every step of their work to give you a full understanding.

Our Water Softeners can be supplied anywhere in the United Kingdom on a supply-only basis. We also offer an installation service for those of our customers who live in the Essex, Hertfordshire, South Cambridgeshire, South Suffolk and West Kent area.

We service and repair a vast range of water softener makes and models. We recommend that your water softener be serviced every 2 years to ensure it performs to its optimum throughout its service life.
