We are a family run business, established in 1994 by Ian & Alicia Holmes. Our Director, Ian Holmes, has been working in the Water Softening industry since 1985. Our company offers a reliable and friendly service that appreciates all of our customers concerns; our staff explain and talk you through every step of their work to give you a full understanding.

Our Water Softeners can be supplied anywhere in the United Kingdom on a supply-only basis. We also offer an installation service for those of our customers who live in the Essex, Hertfordshire, South Cambridgeshire and West Kent area.

We service and repair a vast range of water softener makes and models. We recommend that your water softener be serviced every 2 years to ensure it performs to its optimum throughout its service life.
